Rooms are cramped with dated decor!!! Wi-Fi connectivity is unreliable, causing frustration!!! Unpleasant odors in certain rooms detract from comfort!!! Toilets take ages to refill!!!

the breakfast was good with different options and had a wide range of food. i had a mini-fridge-bar, an air conditioning, and a personal safe in the bright and clean room.

Room was immaculately clean and clean.

The internet kept dropping while my room felt cramped and outdated.

Very-very nice and really kind staff, it was very comfortable stay.

Everything was great, yet we stayed for 4 nights only. We lived in the double room with fast WiFi, a single bed, as for instance. The location was magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Museo Nasa.

The place was clean, I booked the king room with views of garden, everything was great. The staff members were all polite and pleasant. There were central heating, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV in the room, loved that. The location was great, for example, a metro station was nearby the venue. The restaurant here was good.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Double Room. The super nice team and even made me Italian coffee upon arrival. Daily cleaning kept everything fresh, and the breakfast had great pastries and warm items. Perfect location close to the Lambrate metro

The noise fron the street was terrible.

Staff were polite and fluent in English. Inclusive breakfast was a good standard local style buffet.

There were no English speaking TV channels. The hotel is nearer to the railway station than I had anticipated. This combined with a nearby tram terminus resulted in my 5th floor room at the front of the hotel being quite noisy.

Cleaning of rooms and friendly and helpfull staff.

I had the misfortune of staying here, where the shower resembled a sardine can. I also heard everything through the walls, but the staff acted like i was just another guest. A small upgrade or complimentary breakfast would have been the least they could do to make up for the cramped misery. Unfathomable, really.

The hotel staff was pleasant and reliable. The location is pleasant, metro and tram stations being just a few steps from the hotel treshold, making the center station and all other places of interest available within one subway line (the green one). I also appreciated the bathroom having a bidet.

The blankets in beds did not have real bed-clothes but only single-sided sheets below the bare blanket, a thing quite frequent in Italy but not particularly suitable for a three-star hotel anywhere. I expected the hotel to be cleaner. Although the room was not dirty, it could have been cleaner and lighter. Some places in the room were covered with dust, the switches were originally white but were now somewhat beige-gray. I assume that if a hotel is maintained transparently clean, it should be plainly redecorated in white; the rooms in this hotel have gray wallpapers (falling apart at some spots), the main function of which I consider to be hiding the potential dirt.
